Some doors are not meant to be opened. Not because they are locked, but because they were never meant for you in the first place. I remember spaces like that. Rooms where conversations changed the moment I entered. Corners where I was told to stay out, without explanation. It wasn't strict. It was subtle. Just enough to make you aware that you didn't belong there yet.

So you find other ways. A gap. A crack. A broken edge that lets you see just a little more than you're supposed to. Not enough to understand everything, but enough to keep you curious.

This piece comes from that place.

A face that doesn't fully step out. A hand that reaches, but does not cross. There is distance, but also intent. The outside and inside exist at the same time, separated by something thin, yet firm.

It's not about being kept away. It's about what happens when you learn to observe instead of enter. Because sometimes, the view from the other side stays with you longer than actually being inside ever would.
